Your role as a Driver/Warehouse Operative:
This role primarily involves delivery driving with additional warehouse responsibilities during non‑driving hours. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely and efficient deliveries while also contributing to the smooth operation of our warehouse facility.
Skills and Experience needed to be a Driver/Warehouse Operative:
- Full driving licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
Responsibilities:
- Conduct safe and timely deliveries of goods to customers’ locations
- Follow designated routes and schedules for deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Assist in order picking and preparing items for delivery during non‑driving hours
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet trucks, and pickers safely and efficiently
