Classroom Support Specialist

Whaplode Church of England Primary School is seeking a dedicated support staff member to work closely with teachers and assist pupils with their daily learning and care needs. You will provide individual and group support under the supervision of teaching staff, and foster an inclusive and positive educational environment.

This role includes supporting pupils academically and socially, helping with behaviour management, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom. Commitment to safeguarding is essential.
