SEN LSA: Transformative 1:1 & Small-Group Support

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) for a supportive school in Billericay. This role involves assisting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, fostering their emotional and academic development.

The position requires a compassionate approach and offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in children’s lives. The role is long-term with hours from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, and a pay range of £90 – £110 per day.
