Patient Transport Advisor | Call Center Specialist

Pertemps Enfield is looking for a Customer Service Representative in Ponders End. In this mainly telephone-based role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals, responsible for arranging and coordinating patient transport services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage a fast-paced environment with accuracy and empathy. Previous experience in healthcare customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
