Empowering Primary School Classroom Assistant

Teaching Personnel is looking for a Classroom Assistant for a primary school in Hailsham, East Sussex. This role involves supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis, assisting teachers with classroom activities, and encouraging positive social interactions.

No prior classroom experience is required as full support and training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in supporting child development and be proactive and reliable. This is a temporary full-time position, with the potential for permanent placement.
