Part-Time Caretaker — Public Sector, Room Setup & Safety

VanRath Search & Selection is seeking a part-time Caretaker in Lisburn, Northern Ireland. Responsibilities include opening/closing the building, setting up meeting rooms, and performing cleaning and maintenance duties. The role involves a range of caretaking tasks such as health and safety checks and ensuring the premises are secure.

The ideal candidate will have 5 GCSEs or NVQ level 2, at least one year of relevant experience, and knowledge of Health and Safety protocols. This position is for 12+ months with potential for extension.
