We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in ensuring our Inn feels like a home away from home for guests.
Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in daily operations and team leadership.
- Lead a team to deliver company standards and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Manage shift operations in a fast‑paced environment, including overseeing staff schedules and duties.
- Conduct administrative tasks such as liaising with chefs, management and suppliers.
- Handle stocktakes and ordering to maintain inventory levels.
- Manage accounts and financial processes.
- Respond to guest requests and occasional after‑hours duties.
Qualifications
- Strong background in food and hospitality.
- Passion for customer service.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team.
