We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our amazing team. You’ll receive a competitive base salary of £28,000‑£30,000 per annum (OTE £33,000) plus a generous bonus and excellent benefits.

Who are we?

Founded in 2014 as a backyard supper club in Hackney, we now offer delivery, dine‑in and takeaway in 17 neighbourhoods. Known for collaborations with illustrators, musicians, international chefs & local eateries, we’ve won several awards, including Time Out’s 2016 Love London and 2022 Clash of the Slices. We are a young, fast‑growing company offering plenty of career progression for hardworking and talented individuals.

What will I be doing?

• Supporting the General Manager in all aspects of running the shop during peak, busy shifts.
• Running your own shifts in the General Manager’s absence.
• Keeping the team motivated and bringing great energy to each shift.
• Managing customer expectations, always going above and beyond.
• Assisting with weekly reports, shop orders, team appraisals and development.

What are we looking for?

• At least one year’s experience as an Assistant Manager, ideally in a fast‑paced, casual dining setting.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Enthusiastic team leader and motivator with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a takeaway setting is advantageous.
• Ambitious individual eager to progress to General Manager.
