Location: NorthamptonSalary: Up to £28,000 based on experienceHours: 8:00am – 4:30pm

We’re working with a highly regarded print and display production specialist based in Northampton, known for delivering premium-quality large format graphics across a wide range of sectors. With continued investment in both people and technology, they are now looking to strengthen their finishing team.

They are seeking an experienced Large Format Print Finisher with hands‑on experience operating digital cutting tables and finishing equipment within a large format environment.

The Role

• Operating a Zünd digital cutting table to produce high-quality finished graphics
• Working with a range of large format finishing equipment, including:
  • Liquid laminators
  • Guillotines and trimming equipment
  • Mounting tables and hand finishing tools

• Carrying out tasks such as:
  • Digital/CAD cutting
  • Laminating (including liquid lamination)
  • Mounting and trimming
  • Vinyl weeding and application
  • Finishing of banners, boards, vinyls and display graphics

• Setting up jobs accurately from job specs and ensuring output meets quality standards
• Carrying out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment
• Working closely with print and production teams to ensure deadlines are met

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience operating a Zünd cutting table OR similar digital cutting systems such as:
  • Kongsberg
  • Summa
  • Dyss
  • Esko or equivalent
• Strong background within a large format print and display environment
• Experience with laminating
• Good understanding of large format materials (vinyl, Foamex, Dibond, acrylic, etc.)
• High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
• Reliable, hands‑on, and able to work in a fast‑paced production setting
• Team player with a positive attitude
