We are recruiting Support Worker to join acore team supporting people in the community who have moved on from morecomplex services. Supported living services provide people an opportunity tolive an independent life in their own home.

The Role
Whilst fully embracing thecompany ethos support workers provide practical assistance and emotionalsupport to empower people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations,respecting everyone’s individuality and enabling them to make appropriate choicesto live the life they want to live.
Support is required 24 hours aday, 7 days a week.
·To provide practical assistanceand emotional support to empower the people we support to achieve their goalsand aspirations, respecting everyone’s individuality and enabling them to makeappropriate choices to live the life they wish, in line with their individualsupport plans.
·Promote the health, well-being,physical, emotional, cultural and spiritual beliefs of the people we supportand ensure they are met in an inclusive way.
·Facilitating social, educationalor work activities such as visiting family and friends, walks, shopping andother recreational activities of their choice.
·General housekeeping duties thatcan include shopping, domestic duties as well as elements of personal care.
·As part of the role, you willneed to be able to complete a range of records and documents.
