Wild Horse Brewing Co is an independent brewery based in the seaside town of Llandudno on the North Wales coast. Now in our twelfth year, we focus on producing high-quality modern craft beer for drinkers across Wales, North West England and beyond.
We are currently looking for a Kitchen Supervisor to join the team at our taproom space alongside our brewery in Llandudno. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to help launch and shape a brand-new in‑house kitchen concept within a growing independent business.
Our vision is centred around the link between beer and food — delivering seasonal, social‑style food within a relaxed taproom environment, with a strong focus on quality ingredients, ingredient‑led simplicity and high‑quality execution.
The successful candidate will be a calm, organised and hands‑on kitchen supervisor with a passion for quality food and hospitality. You’ll enjoy working within a smaller independent team, leading by example during prep and service, and helping shape the future direction of Wild Horse’s new in‑house food offering.
