Hospitality Assistant – London
- Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week

We are seeking a highly professional and customer‑focused Hospitality Assistant to deliver exceptional hospitality services at the offices of our prestigious client based in London. This on‑site role is key to ensuring client satisfaction by supporting meeting room operations and responding to a wide range of hospitality needs.
What you’ll do
Deliver consistent, high‑quality customer service across all hospitality and meeting room areas
Liaise effectively with the client services team regarding bookings and hospitality requirements
Manage and respond to ad‑hoc client requests, including last‑minute catering
Place and manage food and supply orders as needed
Monitor and respond to hospitality‑related emails
Conduct regular stock takes and manage deliveries
Open and close pantry areas in line with procedures
Maintain accurate hospitality records (e.g., temperature checks, forms)
Ensure compliance with all food safety and health & safety regulations
Be the point of contact for catering queries and support wider hospitality functions
Support corporate events and adapt to changing business needs
What you’ll bring
Prior experience in a hospitality or client services role
Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail
A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure
A strong customer focus and professional approach
Flexible and adaptable, including willingness to work compressed shifts and occasional overtime
Organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
Confident using Outlook, Word, and Excel
Good verbal and written English skills
