We’re looking for a new team member with a proven sales track record in the semiconductor industry (independent distribution) to join our team in Maidenhead.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in EMEA.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Key Requirements
- At least 6+ years of relevant experience within the semiconductor industry (independent distribution).
- Fluent in English; fluency in another European language is an advantage.
- Drive in a fast‑paced working environment and work well independently with little managerial involvement.
- Service and results oriented.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality and manage proprietary data.
- Ability to overcome customer objections.
