You will be a central point of contact, handling a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks in our professional setting.

Salary: $35,000 – $52,000 USD per annum

Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct incoming calls and correspondence, including emails and mail.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for senior staff.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital records.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary.
  • Greet and provide general support to visitors and clients in a professional manner.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and the processing of expense reports.
  • Provide administrative support to our team of consultants to ensure projects run smoothly.
  • Ensure the office environment is maintained to a high standard of tidiness and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, welcoming demeanour.
  • A qualification in business administration or a related field would be an advantage.
