  • Managing Payment Arrangements
  • Negotiating and setting up payment arrangements with residents who are struggling to pay their council tax
  • Collecting and Processing Payments
  • Ensuring the accurate recording and allocation of council tax payments
  • Recovering Arrears
  • Identifying and pursuing outstanding council tax debts through various methods, potentially including legal action
  • Updating and maintaining accurate records of council tax liabilities and payments
  • Monitoring the progress of cases and ensuring timely escalation to appropriate stages of recovery
  • Contributing to the ongoing improvement of council tax administration processes
