Qualifications
- A genuine love for hospitality, with an interest in Japanese cuisine and exceptional dining experiences.
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in Robata or Grill, within a quality, volume restaurant environment.
- A collaborative spirit, thriving as part of a large and dynamic team.
- Interest in progressing and developing within our kitchen.
