Our client is a successful and ambitious premium casual dining brand known for quality food, high standards, and a strong guest experience.

Package: Up to £55000 including tronc and bonus.Location: Exeter City Centre.

The Role

• Lead and manage all kitchen operations
• Deliver consistently high food quality and standards
• Recruit, train, and develop kitchen teams
• Manage stock, ordering, GP, and kitchen costs
• Ensure health & safety and food hygiene compliance
• Drive service performance in a fast‑paced environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Commercial awareness and operational knowledge
• Calm under pressure with a hands‑on approach
• Passion for quality food and high standards
