Assistant Hotel Manager Responsibilities
Supports the General Manager in the successful running of the hotel, focusing on Food & Beverage. Oversees daily operations, ensures a smooth guest experience, maintains high standards of service, manages colleagues, handles guest relations, monitors operational efficiency, and steps in for the General Manager when needed.

- Excellent communication skills and professional manner.
- Strong organisational skills, numeric skills, and a good understanding of figures.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Self‑motivated and proactive approach.
- Professional manner and appearance.
- Strong demonstrable experience in a management position in a hotel, with accountability for relevant aspects of the business.
