Senior Recovery Worker

Position

Senior Recovery Worker – Full‑Time – Burslem, Stoke‑on‑Trent. Salary up to £13.45 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a 24‑hour service for adults with mental health needs.
• Provide recovery‑focused support tailored to each individual’s support plan.
• Lead the staff team to deliver the highest standards of customer care and person‑centred service delivery.
• Work in partnership with commissioners and the multi‑disciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes.
• Supervise, mentor and manage staff.
• Communicate effectively with the team and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• NVQ Level 3/5, DipSW or a relevant management qualification.
• Experience in supervising and mentoring teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Dynamic, motivated, proactive and well‑organised.
