Maintenance Data Analyst – Southampton (Onsite)

Belcan Workforce Solutions are seeking a Maintenance Data Analyst to support a high-performing Maintenance function within a complex operational environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong maintenance understanding, analytical skills, and experience working with maintenance systems or data.
Key Responsibilities
• Produce maintenance cost reports and performance metrics
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards
• Prepare financial accruals and support cost stewardship
• Analyse maintenance data, work orders, backlog and asset information
• Provide support to maintenance planning teams
• Oversee data quality and governance across systems including SAP, SharePoint and CMMS platforms
Essential Requirements
• Experience supporting maintenance, engineering or asset management teams
• Strong analytical skills and data handling capability
• Power BI, SharePoint and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Ability to work confidently with SAP/CMMS or similar maintenance systems
• Well-organised, structured approach with strong communication skills
• Fully onsite attendance in Southampton (no hybrid/remote working)
Beneficial Experience
xwzovoh • SAP PM or CMMS experience
• Oil and gas or industrial maintenance background
• Snowflake or similar data platform experience
Contract Details
• 9-month maternity cover
• Inside IR35
• PAYE up to £21.23 per hour
• Umbrella up to £27.35 per hour
• 37.5 hours per week
• Fully site-based in Southampton
