Responsibilities
- Handle all theatre ticket sales and enquiries within the box office, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
- Work part‑time, either 11 hours or 20 hours per week, with early evening and weekend shifts required.

- Experience in a ticketing or customer service environment.
- Enthusiastic, forward‑thinking, and able to solve problems and embrace new challenges.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve the highest possible standards.
