Assembly Operatives

Our client is seeking an Assembly Operative to join their team on a full‑time, temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual with good finger dexterity and attention to detail, looking to work in a hands‑on assembly environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys putting components together and is motivated to support daily production targets while maintaining high quality standards.

• Salary: £12.80 per hour
• Hours: Day shift

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble small components and parts accurately
• Carry out detailed, hands‑on assembly work
• Follow instructions, diagrams, and standard operating procedures
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation
• Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times
• Work efficiently to meet production deadlines

Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements

• Good dexterity and fine motor skills
• Previous assembly, production, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work with small components and repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work full time
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
