Front of House Training Specialist

Pho – Training in Greater London is seeking a dedicated Training Coordinator to support the Head of Training and General Managers. This hands-on role focuses on developing our Front of House teams through engaging training sessions and effective coaching.

The ideal candidate will have experience in training development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to cultivate a positive learning culture across our restaurants. This position involves regular travel to different locations to enhance team performance.
