Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Seasonal Pizza Chef to join our friendly kitchen team at Rick Stein countryside pub, The Cornish Arms, in St Merryn, Cornwall.

• Pay – £11.60 per hour (£21,112 per year for a 35 hour week)
• Up to £5,500 per year in tips (paid weekly, based on last year’s earnings), giving a total potential earning of £26,612 per year.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high‑quality pizzas with care and precision, ensuring every dish is consistently delicious.• Run the pizza section, supporting and training junior chefs.• Maintain top food safety standards.• Manage stock efficiently to minimise waste.
