Diesel Plant Fitter Machinic

Overview

Experienced Plant Fitter/Mechanic required for full-time work with a construction company based in St Albans. You will be responsible for servicing and maintaining a large fleet of modern plant machinery.

• Hitachi & Kobelco tracked excavators (3 to 30 tonnes)
• Dumpers (2 to 9 tonnes)

Responsibilities

• Workshop-based maintenance and attending site breakdowns when required.
• Engine repairs and servicing
• Tracks and undercarriage work
• Hydraulics and rams
• General plant maintenance and diagnostics

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Plant Fitter/Mechanic
• Strong track record with previous employers
• Full, clean UK driving licence
