Responsibilities
- Support residents with daily living activities, including assisting with food and drink and following individual care plans.
- Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities to promote a positive quality of life.
- Ensure residents receive one-to-one attention and tailored care as required.
- Contribute to a nurturing, safe, and respectful care environment.
About You
- Experience in caring for older people is preferred.
- Can-do approach with excellent communication skills.
- Empathy, warmth, and compassion to deliver high standards of care and support.
