We are seeking an Architectural Technician with a background in AutoCAD to join a well-established, tight-knit architectural practice. The role offers support in your long-term career development through ongoing training and mentorship.

The office works on residential planning projects including new builds, conversions, and extensions across the local region. The firm manages residential designs from concept through completion (RIBA stages 0-6), including site visits.

As an Architectural Technician, you will handle all areas of design work, including:

• Creating drawings using AutoCAD
• Working with Building Regulations and Planning applications
• Communicating with clients and stakeholders
• Detailing and conceptualising designs

Requirements:

• Architectural Technician or equivalent
• Background using AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Building Regulations
• Commutable to Leighton Buzzard
