Machine Operator with FLT Clamp

Rotating shift x3 (AM, PM & Nights) – £14.50 PH
Interaction is recruiting for an experienced Machine Operator that holds a FLT Counterbalance licence – even better if you have Clamp attachment experience. Working in Northampton, NN3 for a paper and packaging company. Previous experience within a manufacturing process operation is required, but full training will be provided. It is expected that you will be able to train in multiple areas providing a multi‑skilled and flexible team.
Duties:
- Operating machines within production
- General manual handling
- Basic computer tasks
- Understanding as well as appreciation of both Health & Safety and Quality
The ideal candidate:
- Able to prioritise workload to achieve deadlines
- A good team player able to work as part of a crew and on their own
- Self‑motivated
- Have good attention to detail
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
