Surface Mount Solderer – Join Our Electronics Team
Do you love precision work? Enjoy building things that actually matter? We’re expanding our production line and need a skilled Surface Mount Solderer to help us assemble high‑quality electronic products used across the UK.
What You’ll Do
- Solder fine‑pitch components onto PCBs with accuracy and care
- Carry out rework and repairs using hot‑air and micro‑soldering tools
- Inspect boards under microscopes to ensure every detail is perfect
- Work closely with engineers and production staff to keep builds on track
You’ll Be Great At This Role If You Have
- Previous SMT soldering experience
- A steady hand and strong attention to detail
- Confidence reading assembly drawings
- A proactive, quality‑focused mindset
