Assembly Operative – Morning Shift

Thrive Shepton are delighted to be working with our client in Wells, who are actively recruiting for Assembly Operative – Morning Shift on a temporary to permanent basis to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Ability to accurately weigh
• Ability to accurately add and arrange ready meal components
• Replenishing
• Maintaining high hygiene levels
• Conduct quality checks
• Team player
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Preferably previous experience as machine operator or operator

What you need to have

• A good English level
• A positive approach to work / positive attitude
• A desire to develop skills and progress within the business

Working Hours

(Apply online only) – Monday to Thursday

Pay Rate

• Basic pay rate of £13.52 per hour between (Apply online only)
• Basic pay rate of £16.29 per hour between (Apply online only)

Once permanent, the pay rate structure can increase to the below:

• Team Member – £13.52 per hour (with shift allowance £13.52 per hour)
• Skilled Team Member – £14.10 per hour (with shift allowance £14.10 per hour)
• Multi-Skilled Team Member – £14.63 per hour (with shift allowance £14.63 per hour)

What you will receive in return

• Bonus structure (Bonus is paid quarterly with a minimum payment of £125, this can increase in £25 increments if quality standards etc are met up to a total of £200.00) – Bonus is paid at the end of the month following the Quarter
