Outbound Calling & Customer Qualification Executive
Location: Leeds, LS15Hourly Rate: 12.71 per hour (paid weekly)Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pmContract: Initially 6 weeks
We are looking for a confident and professional individual to join our team on a temporary basis to support our sales department through outbound customer calls.
The Role
You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, introducing our services, and qualifying leads before passing suitable opportunities to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to potential customers
- Asking qualifying questions and gathering key information
- Updating customer records accurately
- Passing qualified leads to the sales team
- Maintaining a professional and positive telephone manner
- Working towards daily call and lead targets
What We’re Looking For
- Confident communication skills
- Good telephone manner
- Previous customer service, telesales, or call handling experience preferred
- Reliable and professional attitude
- Basic computer skills and ability to update systems accurately
