Warehouse Operative

Warehouse Operative – Hiring location: Biggleswade. Availability: Full‑time and part‑time shifts from 2pm to 10pm, Monday–Friday. The role is a 6‑month contract with potential for permanent placement.

Responsibilities

• Support the day‑to‑day operation of the outbound shift, ensuring all customer orders are met with maximum efficiency and quality.
• Accurately prepare and fulfill orders, including picking, packing, and loading vehicles safely.
• Operate warehouse machinery and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Conduct inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Collaborate with team members to meet targets and deadlines.
• Follow company procedures, observe best practices and safe systems of work at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous logistics or warehouse experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills with a mature and professional approach.
• Focus, motivation, and a desire to progress and develop.
• Adaptability to working hours and willingness to embrace change.
• Attention to detail and understanding of first‑time rightness.
• Basic English language proficiency to comply with health and safety protocols.
