We are working with an independent, boutique estate agency based in Central London, who are seeking an experienced and highly organised Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of premium residential properties. This is a client-facing role requiring exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering a first-class service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-end residential properties across Central London
- Act as the primary liaison for landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Coordinate maintenance works, repairs, and property inspections
- Ensure compliance with all current UK property legislation and safety regulations
- Oversee tenancy progression, renewals, and deposit resolutions
- Manage budgets, invoices, and service charge payments
- Conduct regular property inspections and provide detailed reports
- Handle tenant queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Instruct and manage contractors, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness
- Maintain accurate property records and documentation
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in residential property management, ideally within prime or high-end markets
- Strong knowledge of UK lettings legislation and compliance requirements
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties efficiently
- Professional, discreet, and client-focused approach
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office
- ARLA qualification (preferred but not essential)
