Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team This role requires flexibility, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative and compliance-related tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Raising and receipting Purchase Orders (POs)
- Managing and processing fines, ensuring proper documentation and tracking
- Organising and maintaining shared drives, ensuring files and records are consistently up to date
- Supporting compliance administration and maintaining accurate records
- Analysing data to identify trends in fines and creating location-based maps to support operational teams
- Assisting with general administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Strong experience in administrative roles, ideally within a compliance or operations environment
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including the use of formulas and data management
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Flexible approach to work, with availability to provide ad hoc cover when needed
- Proactive mindset with the ability to suggest and implement improvements to filing systems and processes
Desirable Skills
- Experience with data visualisation or mapping tools
- Previous experience working with compliance-related processes

Pay
- From £14.00 p/h
- Paid weekly
Shift Pattern
Monday-Friday with a requirement for flexibility and occasional ad hoc cover as needed on the weekend.
09:00am – 17:00pm
