Senior Park Instructor – Permanent – Salary from £30,000 depending on skills and experience. The role is based at Alton Water Park, Suffolk.
What will you be doing?
- Supporting the Activities Manager and managing a team of instructors.
- Managing online booking.
- Writing and reviewing risk assessments.
- Conducting building inspections and fire alarm testing in line with company policy and legal requirements.
- Accident and incident reporting.
- Daily/weekly banking.
- Assisting the team in managing the daily operations of the Aquapark.
What does it take?
- RYA Senior Instructor qualification.
- 2 years experience as a Senior instructor.
- Experience in leading a team of instructors (desirable).
- Valid First Aid qualification certificate.
Additional Requirements
- Customer‑focused, able to provide first‑class customer service to all visitors.
- Experience in a customer‑facing outdoor role desirable.
- Commitment to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn all aspects of our activities.
- Driving licence.
