Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver exceptional service.
- Welcome clients warmly, guide them to products and understand their needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Efficiently manage stock by pair checking, organise the stockroom, and maintain consistent standards to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure the shop floor is kept tidy, replenished, and store standards are maintained.
- Support the management team by working towards individual and team sales targets.
- Provide details of the Kurt Geiger loyalty programmes, highlighting the benefits and encouraging participation to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist in the preparation and planning of promotional activities.
- Be a role model for the brand and adhere to uniform standards (all black, unbranded and reflective of the brand).
- Regularly participate in training activities to become a confident brand ambassador.
