Location: Filton (60% onsite, flexible for additional days depending on project needs)
Hours: 35 hours per week (4.5 days, between 7am – 7pm)
Rate: £45.00 per hour (Umbrella) / £33.64 per hour (PAYE)
IR35: Inside of IR35
Security Clearance: BPSS+ (completed by Our Client)
About the Role
Our Client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a critical project within their Flight and Integration Test Centre. You will be responsible for the development of a control room to monitor lab test means, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role sits within a transnational team operating across multiple sites and countries, requiring strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the Statement of Work and establish project governance.
- Lead project execution, monitoring time, cost, and quality metrics.
- Manage risks and opportunities effectively.
- Report progress to external stakeholders.
- Capture lessons learned and provide recommendations for future projects.
About You
- Strong project/program management background (PMI certification is an asset).
- Engineering background with technical knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with high agility.
- Team player with strong leadership qualities.
- Experience in transnational work environments.
