Reach Truck Driver

Job description

We are seeking a skilled reach truck forklift operator to join our client’s warehouse team located in Banbury.

Shift: Any 5 out of 7 with every Saturday off. 7:00‑16:20. £14.98 per hour. Temp to perm.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse.
• Manage materials handling processes, ensuring accurate stacking and storage of products.
• Work within a chilled environment and must be comfortable handling produce.
• Conduct routine safety checks on forklift machinery and other equipment.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, prioritising safe working practices.

Qualifications

• Full accredited FLT reach licence is required; no expired or in‑house licences will be accepted.
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Ability to load and unload heavy items safely, with physical strength for lifting tasks.
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
