As a Spa Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the daily operations of the St. Regis Spa. You will support the Spa Manager in guiding the spa team, ensure seamless scheduling, uphold immaculate standards, and curate an atmosphere of calm, luxury, and intuitive service. Key Responsibilities

  • Support Spa Manager with property information, policy updates, and operational guidance for spa tea
  • Respond to guest enquiries regarding services and general hotel information
  • Confirm guest details prior to treatments to ensure accuracy and personalised service
  • Monitor and manage daily schedules, ensuring punctuality and smooth operational flow
  • Promote spa services and retail to enhance guest experience and revenue
  • Complete requisitions for products, supplies, and equipment as needed
  • Inspect work areas and equipment to ensure adherence to St. Regis standards
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Build positive working relationships and support team goals
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and implement corrective actions when needed
  • Uphold company policies, professional appearance standards, and confidentiality
  • Support additional operational duties as required

Core Competencies

  • Experience in luxury hospitality or spa operations, with at least two years in a related role
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage complex schedules
  • A polished, confident presence with excellent communication skills
  • Leadership capability with a supportive, motivating approach
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining pristine environments
  • A calm, composed manner in high‑pressure or fast‑paced situations
