We are partnering with a world‑famous Italian food hall to recruit Pizza Chefs for their main restaurant in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high‑volume, quality‑focused environment with a team passionate about authentic Italian cuisine.
The Role
- Location: Central London
- Restaurant: Main restaurant serving traditional wood‑fired oven pizza
- Concept: Authentic Italian: fresh dough made from scratch, no frozen ingredients
- Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7
- Shift patterns: Variable between 8 am and 10 pm – early finishes available
- Hourly rate: A GBP 14.00 – A GBP 14.50 base + tronc (up to A GBP 18 per hour total)
- Annual equivalent: Up to A GBP 37,440 + tronc

- Experienced pizza maker with high‑volume restaurant background
