Join a growing, innovative food ingredients business and play a key role in driving our industrial B2B sales across the UK & Ireland food manufacturing sector.

We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to develop and grow new business with food manufacturers, supplying high‑quality herbs, spices, and bespoke seasoning blends. We already supply to a long-established blue-chip customer base which includes the major food manufacturing groups and you will build upon this base. This role suits someone commercially sharp, technically curious, and passionate about delivering value to customers.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of industrial food manufacturing customers
  • Identify and win new business opportunities across categories such as ready meals, bakery, meat processing, sauces, and snacks
  • Work closely with Technical, NPD, Supply Chain, and QA teams to deliver customer-focused ingredient solutions
  • Provide insight-led recommendations, support product development, and contribute to long‑term commercial growth

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in B2B food ingredient sales (herbs/spices, flavours, seasonings, or similar)
  • Strong relationship‑builder with confidence engaging R&D, procurement, and technical teams
  • Commercially minded, target‑driven, and able to work independently
  • Understanding of food manufacturing processes or ingredient applications is a strong advantage
