About the Role
The Bar and Restaurant Supervisor will act as the face of the restaurant and bar, ensuring high service standards and a smooth, controlled dining experience. This role requires experience in a busy restaurant and/or bar, excellent people skills, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of the restaurant and bar, ensuring high service standards.
- Control staff flow and communicate with the kitchen and management to provide smooth dining experiences.
- Manage shift patterns and flexible working hours.
- Collaborate with team to maintain service quality.
Qualifications
- Experience in a busy restaurant and/or bar, seeking next career step.
- Excellent people skills and commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Training & Career Development
- Nationally recognised apprenticeship training alongside detailed brand training.
