CNC Machinist (JO0000016871) Wellingborough, England

We are seeking an experienced CNC Miller / Turner to join our growing precision engineering team, manufacturing high-quality components for aerospace, automotive, hydrogen, gas & oil, nuclear, food and F1 sectors.

Salary: Starting at £36,504 per annum with overtime. Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30. Location: Park Farm Industrial Estate, Wellingborough.

Role Responsibilities

• Programming Doosan CNC machines both online and offline
• Setting and operating the CNC Machines
• Using specific milling software such as CADCAM Hypermill or Edgecam
• Reading and interpreting technical/engineering drawings
• Working to tight tolerances technical specifications
• Performing quality checks on manufactured components

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience programming CNC machines (online & offline)
• Ability to program, set, and operate CNC milling machines
• Knowledge of Fanuc Controls and CADCAM Hypermill Edgecam or similar
• Ability to operate 3, 4 and 5-axis machines
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• Flexible and proactive attitude
