Overview
First for Education is seeking a flexible and confident PE teacher to work at a well‑regarded secondary school in Bromsgrove, rated “Good” by Ofsted. This is a full‑time, long‑term position for the remainder of the academic year, delivering lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4). The school has a strong behaviour policy in place and a supportive senior leadership team, making it an excellent environment for a secondary supply teacher looking for a consistent role in Bromsgrove.

Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) ideally – if you have a degree in a sports‑related subject please get in touch.
- Experience teaching across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
- Ability to deliver lessons across a range of subjects
- Strong classroom and behaviour‑management skills
- Flexible and adaptable approach to teaching
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
- Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply through First for Education
Responsibilities
- Deliver pre‑planned lessons
- Adapt teaching to suit different environments
- Manage behaviour in line with school policies
- Ensure pupils remain engaged and on task
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and behaviour
- Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
