Support Worker

Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Antrim and Newtownabbey. This role involves providing person-centred care to individuals with a range of needs, including those with physical or learning disabilities, mental health conditions, or elderly care requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation and supporting individuals in accessing community services.
• Promote independence and dignity for those in your care.

Requirements

• Access NI
• Availability for full-time hours
• Strong communication skills and a caring nature
• Previous experience as a Support Worker and an NVQ in Health and Social Care are desirable but not essential
