Support Worker
We welcome applicants with and without experience from backgrounds such as education, youth work, childcare, healthcare, social care, learning disabilities, SEN and community services. You will need the Right to Work in the UK; sponsorship is not available.
What You’ll Do
As a Support Worker you will support young people with their daily routines, personal care, school preparation, meal times, and activities until bedtime. You will also:
- Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
- Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights, or creative projects.
- Keep essential records for high‑quality care; staff must use an electronic care recording system daily. Experience with Clearcare is an advantage but not essential.

Our home is a beautifully decorated 5‑bedroom setting designed to be both calming and stimulating. Children bring joy and laughter, and our team creates a nurturing, inclusive environment.
