Lead EYFS/KS1 HLTA — Temp-to-Perm with CPD

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in Leigh to support teachers and lead whole-class learning for Reception to Year 2 starting September 2026.

This role focuses on delivering pre-planned lessons, demonstrating curriculum expertise, and leading literacy and numeracy sessions to enhance pupil attainment. The ideal candidate will have HLTA Status or a teaching degree and a passion for contributing to the school community.
