Trainee Recovery Coordinator (London)
Location: Pier Road project – Erith Health Centre. Working Hours: 37 (full-time). Contract Type: Fixed term (12 months). Salary: £28,690.00 – £37,126.37.
What you’ll do
- Manage a caseload of service users
- Develop, implement, and review personalised recovery and treatment plans
- Work closely with colleagues across the service team and partner agencies
- Support service users to set and achieve recovery goals safely and positively
- Engage with family members and significant others where appropriate
To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need
- We particularly welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills from related sectors
- Recent academic experience
- A passion for supporting people in recovery
- A desire to build practical experience within health and social care
