The Role
You’ll play a key part in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of finance operations, including:
- Managing and maintaining the purchase ledger
- Processing invoices, credit notes, expenses & credit card statements
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Supporting month‑end processes
- Ensuring accurate financial records and documented procedures
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- 2+ years’ experience in a finance / transactional finance role
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, lookups, data handling)
- Experience with finance systems (e.g. Sage, Xero)
- High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Professional communication skills
- Integrity and discretion
Experience in professional services is desirable.
