Teaching Assistant Job

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of friendly and supportive primary schools in Leicester and the surrounding areas.

Whether you are an experienced Teaching Assistant, a recent graduate, or someone with experience working with children, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain rewarding experience within education.

The Role:

• Support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Support pupils with their learning, development and confidence
• Assist with classroom preparation and daily activities
• Encourage positive behaviour and pupil engagement

We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable
• A positive, proactive and adaptable attitude
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for education and supporting children
• Relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications are beneficial but not essential
